Our Mission
At Four Corners OB/GYN, our mission is to provide exceptional, all-inclusive women’s healthcare with a focus on personalized, evidence-based practices for women in adolescence through midlife and beyond. We prioritize their well-being by offering a full spectrum of services, including wellness exams, obstetrics, and surgeries, all delivered by a team of skilled and compassionate providers.

Meet Our Physicians
Each of our caring physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners chose this field for a reason. They genuinely enjoy helping manage the health concerns surrounding motherhood and being a woman. Every women’s healthcare provider in our practice has a long, successful track record in women’s healthcare. You can be sure that we’re a knowledgeable medical partner at every stage of your life.
Jennifer Berarducci, DO, FACOG
Dr. Berarducci provides compassionate care for women throughout their lives. She has an interest in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery and is certified in robotic-assisted surgery. She provides annual preventive care visits and obstetrics care, and she also enjoys caring for women with fibroids, ovarian cysts, and pelvic pain, to name a few. Dr. Berarducci integrates her patients into the healthcare process as partners.
Dr. Berarducci is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and received her medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency at the Naval Medical Center in San Diego, California. She subsequently served in the United States Navy practicing OB/GYN care overseas in Japan and Washington state before joining the team in Durango in 2018.
Dr. Berarducci stays busy outside of work. She enjoys traveling, skiing, hiking, scuba diving, and spending time with her husband and son.

Jeunesse Fredrickson, MD, FACOG
Born and raised in Durango, Dr. Fredrickson moved north to complete her undergraduate and medical education at the University of Colorado. While pursuing her education, she traveled and studied in Spain and Latin America, becoming fluent in Spanish. Dr. Fredrickson completed her OB/GYN residency at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. In Utah, she received extensive training in all areas of clinical and surgical women’s care. Jeunesse enjoys the excitement of labor and delivery, the rewards of minimally invasive surgery, and the opportunity to care for women during meaningful moments in their lives.
Dr. Fredickson is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
It has always been Dr. Fredrickson’s dream to return home to Durango. She loves the ideal climate and magical combination of mountains, deserts and rivers. In her free time, Jeunesse enjoys exploring the Colorado Plateau with her husband, Blake, and daughters, Anya and Siena.

Christian Garcia, MD, FACOG
Dr. Garcia earned his bachelor’s and medical degrees from the University of New Mexico. He was born and raised in Northern New Mexico and completed his obstetrics and gynecology residency at the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix, Arizona. He is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Before joining Four Corners OBGYN, he practiced in rural Arizona.
Providing a full spectrum of women’s health care, Dr. Garcia treats women from adolescence to menopause. He provides obstetric and gynecological care including office visits, annual exams, and surgeries.
Dr. Garcia moved to Durango to be closer to his family in Northern New Mexico and to enjoy all the outdoor activities that Durango and the surrounding area provides. He speaks Spanish and has travelled to countries such as El Salvador and Ecuador. He loves to spend time with his partner and their two dogs and plans to settle here and help provide quality care for women and families in our region.

He listened to me (a completely new patient to him), gave me the information I needed to feel safe, and did an incredible job with my c-section. Mareca Pallister, MD, FACOG
A member of Four Corners OB/GYN since 2009, Dr. Pallister received her degree from the University of Kansas, and then attended medical school at the University of Utah School of Medicine. Her residency was at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. Dr. Pallister was academic faculty in the OB/GYN department at Dartmouth Medical School. There she performed research, taught resident physicians and practiced general obstetrics and gynecology. She also practiced in Seattle.
Dr. Pallister is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and an American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology Diplomat.
Dr. Pallister has an interest in general office practice, infertility genetics and caring for those with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Together with her husband, Dr. Kane Anderson, Dr. Pallister has three children. They enjoy spending time in the Durango outdoors.

Megan Palmer, MD, FACOG
A board-certified specialist in the field of obstetrics and gynecology, Dr. Palmer is a native of Denver, Colorado. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Vermont and her medical degree from the University of Colorado. After completing her OB/GYN residency in Asheville, North Carolina, she returned to Colorado to work in a private practice first in Steamboat Springs (2006-2012), and then in Durango (2013-present).
Dr. Palmer is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is experienced in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, and full spectrum OBGYN care including gynecologic surgery, menopausal care, urogynecologic care, and high risk obstetrics.
Dr. Palmer’s love of adventure and travel took her to New Zealand where she practiced OB/GYN medicine from 2012-2013 and to South Sudan where she worked for Doctors Without Borders in 2018. She loves living in Durango, and spends her free time skiing, hiking, playing ice hockey, mountain biking, and reading.

Kimberly Priebe, MD, FACOG
Dr. Priebe earned her bachelor’s from Vanderbilt University, a master’s in neuroscience at Georgia State University and a medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia, followed by her residency at the Mountain Area Health Education Center in Asheville, North Carolina. She is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, an American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology diplomat, and a member of the La Plata Medical Society.
An accomplished minimally invasive gynecologic surgeon, Dr. Priebe’s training includes experience in high-risk obstetrics, urogynecologic diagnosis and procedures and general gynecologic care.
Dr. Priebe is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Dr. Priebe, her husband and two children have called Durango home since 2003. They enjoy skiing, biking and hiking. She is passionate about global woman’s healthcare and volunteers in Central America.

M. Brie Todd, MD, FACOG
M. Brie Todd, M.D., finds taking care of people during the highs and lows of their life the most rewarding part of her career. She develops strong relationships with her patients and is humbled by their trust in her. Her clinical expertise includes contraceptive counseling, family planning, pregnancy & childbirth, infertility, menopause, gender affirming care, and minimally invasive surgery. She is a da Vinci certified robotic surgeon. She strives to treat each person with kindness, empathy, and the expert care they deserve.
Dr. Todd grew up in southern Washington State. She is a proud Western Washington University alumna. Additional training includes medical school at Oregon Health and Sciences University and OB/GYN residency in San Franciso. She moved to Durango in 2011. Her favorite out of the office hobby is breaking a sweat in the athletic endeavor du jour. Her home is complete with three wonderful boys (husband/best friend/love of her life + two big dogs).

Meet Our Advanced Practice Providers
Aimee Birgenheier, MSN, WHCNP-BC
A board-certified women’s health nurse practitioner, Aimee has a special interest in high-risk obstetrical care and family planning. She received her undergraduate degree from Grand Canyon University, a private Christian College in Arizona, and has earned a master’s degree with an emphasis in women’s health from Frontier School of Family Nursing and Midwifery. For eleven years, she practiced nursing within the labor and delivery unit at Mercy Regional Medical Center in Durango, Colorado.
Aimee lives in Durango with her husband and four children. Her family enjoys hiking, biking and skiing. Aimee’s hobbies include reading, gardening, running, skiing and tending to her assortment of farm animals.

Lauren Melancon, FNP, MSN
As a certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Lauren Melancon has loved caring for women across their lifespan. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, LA in 2007. She first worked in Louisiana at a state charity hospital as a Labor and Delivery RN. She then went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing at Loyola University New Orleans.
Her practice as an FNP began in rural family medicine in Northeast Colorado in 2012. Lauren’s love for women’s healthcare eventually led her to join Four Corners OB/GYN in the spring of 2015. She is passionate about caring for women in all stages of life. She has most recently pursued continuing education to stay on top of evidenced based care during the menopause transition and beyond in hope to better serve the women of our community.
Lauren is happily married to her husband Ben and together they have four children. She feels blessed to be in the Four Corners to raise their family. As a family they are very involved in sports (baseball, gymnastics, cross country, basketball), they love hiking and paddle-boarding, and getting to explore this beautiful landscape they live in.

Rachel Morr, PA-C
Rachel earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Oregon. She’s lived in small communities around the mountain west and was called to healthcare as a means of contributing to the well being of the people and communities she so loves. She earned her MS in Physician Assistant studies at the Nebraska Medical Center before returning to her home state of Colorado where she first practiced at a community health center.
She long dreamed of living in Durango. She was thrilled to join Four Corners Obgyn and loves providing care to women across the lifespan. She speaks Spanish and loves working with native Spanish speakers. In her free time she loves trail running, backcountry skiing, mountain biking, and traveling to places near and far.

Sara Whitehead, PA-C
Sara joined Four Corners OB/GYN in 2014. She earned her bachelors degree at the University of Colorado Boulder and her master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies at Touro University in Henderson, Nevada. Prior to returning to her hometown, Durango, she practiced in Salt Lake City, Utah at a community health clinic and an internal medicine office where she developed a love for providing quality care to women of all ages.
Sara and her husband grew up in Durango, and she graduated from Durango High School with the class of 2001. She feels fortunate to raise her two boys in the Four Corners, and they spend their weekends skiing, hiking, biking, camping, and getting together with family and friends new and old. With her boys getting older and more independent, she has become an avid reader again, and she takes her Penny dog on runs a few times a week.
